Is ARS IDC-10 compliant?

Our Practice Mangement and EHR software are ICD-10 compliant and ready to go on Oct. 1, 2015.  We are able to assist you in the preparation and have the ability to covert codes as needed between ICD-9 and ICD-10.

 

Do I have to buy any software for my office?

We provide all the required software needed to manage your practice.  There are absolutely no fees for software of any kind.  Our state of the art Practice Management and EHR software are fully accessible for your use. There are no costly updates for your practice in order to keep up with the ever-changing requirements in the billing world, such as ICD-10 or the like.

 

Does ARS bill the patients for any balances that are patient responsibility?

After all insurance carriers have processed a claim, we bill the patient for any balances monthly.  We do not do collections but have a collection company that we work with if needed.

 

Who does a patient call with billing questions?

Our billing office phone number is on the statement so that the patient can call us to resolve any billing questions.  This eliminates a lot of calls coming in to your office.

 

Will ARS be able to connect to my EHR/EMR software?

Our Practice Management system connects to our EHR system as well as several other EHR software systems.  Please contact us to see if your EHR software is on the list.

 

Is ARS accepting new clients?

Yes!  We are a full staff billing company and able to meet the requirements of your practice in a quick and reliable manner.

 

Are there any additional fees?

We invoice our clients based on a percentage of Accounts Receivable on a monthly basis.  We do not add additional fees for anything related to practice management.  There may be special cases where data needs to be extracted from your previous software system that cannot be done without the help of software engineers.  There may be some cost associated with this.  It would be up front cost only and does not include the normal patient demographics/insurance import.

 

Do you provide any consulting services?

We consult with you and your staff to improve your cash flow process and help to eliminate wasteful steps and redundancies that may be interfering with the profitability of your practice.  We can help you with training, work flow practices, form design and a host of other practice related functions.
